Ongiami does not accept return
requests if it is not due to quality reasons.
Please check all the delivered
packages of your orders once received. If there are any problems with the
delivered products, please contact customer service to complain.
Return requests should be submitted
within 30 days from the date of the parcel being delivered, please send
the order number, pictures of products, labels,
and detailed problem descriptions. Both parties confirm that if quality
problems occur with the products, the customer should submit the return request
in due time, Ongiami entitles the customer to a replacement or return or we
compensate the customer for the direct economic loss. The amount of
compensation is limited to the price of the defective products.
If your package did not arrive
successfully and is confirmed to have been lost in transit, the refund will
apply after our confirmation. The delivery time may be affected by extreme
weather, postal delays, customs clearance, local protests, strikes, epidemics,
and other force majeure factors. In this case, Ongiami is not responsible for
any delay caused but will provide all possible support needed.
Refunds will not apply if products
are returned without our confirmation and authorization due to customers'
reasons, and the return cost should be borne by customers.
